NATURE & ADVENTURE CAMP
Summer camps in the Molino de Butrera have been realized by Alea since 1996. It´s the ideal place: facilities, natural resources and a professional team with experience and renewed illusion.

Since then, more than 5000 children and youth have taken part in this activity. Each of them has built the camp of Molino de Butrera. The main objective is ensuring that participants have a funny experience and live immersed in a unique natural environment, accompanied by professionals who ensure their safety in every moment..

Both for lodging and for the activities, participants are divided into 3 different age groups in order to keep schedules and spaces adapted to the circumstances of each age group.
Activities:
Depending on the age group, some activities will have more weight than others in each camp program.

NATURE SPORTS Practicing sports as the best way to feel in contact with nature respecting and enjoying it the most. Archery, canoeing, orienteering, mountain bike, bivouac, climbing...

SPORTS Classic sports played with Butrera's strange and entertaining rules: volley, badminton, basketball, hockey, soccer....

EXCURSIONS/ OUT CAMPING Visiting a region as spectacular as unknown to most of people: Las Merindades and the Natural Monument Ojo Guareña. Sleeping at the feet of its Romanesque hermitages, going through its canyons and bathing in their rivers..

ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIESBecause the place is spectacular and deserves to be deeply known. Interpretative hikking, wildlife tracking, karst workshop, recycling workshop, natural pools.

NIGHT GAMES & SPORT GAMES Parties, storytelling, competitions, performances, astronomy, theme days, festivals, house of horrors…

EXCURSION TO THE BEACH OF LAREDO (IN 2 WEEKS SHIFTS) A great day of games in Laredo's beach, less than 70 km from Molino de Butrera.

SPANISH/ ENGLISH An exchanging time where the integration and the curiosity about different cultures and lifestyles are specially fostered. Native counselors lead this part of the program. They will also be especially attentive to English-speakers campers.
